The ‘CV’s for PhD students and Researchers who want to move into industry/companies‘ workshop covers how to adapt your CV for different application contexts. Participants will learn that each context requires different CV’s.
During the session, participants will learn the structure, format and what elements to include in a CV aimed at companies/industry, as well as tips for the content.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
This workshop will be held on April 7th, online, from 2pm to 3:30pm. The session will be delivered in english.
It is intended for PhD students and Early-Career Researchers.

Trainer: Ana Freitas
Bachelor’s degree in Education (IE–University of Minho); Master’s degree in Educational Sciences (IE–University of Minho); PhD candidate in Educational Sciences with a research focus on Doctoral Education (FPCEUP). Certified as a teacher trainer (CCPFC/RFO-16273/03) and as a trainer of trainers (EDF-42336-2003). She is currently a Visiting Assistant Lecturer at the University of Porto (Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Sciences) and a doctoral research fellow at CIIE – Centre for Research and Intervention in Education, FPCEUP.
NOTE: The attendance certificate will be issued if the trainee attends at least 80% of the total course time.
