Research Data Management and Open Science

This session is designed for CIIMAR PhD students and aims to introduce the fundamental concepts of Research Data Management (RDM) and Open Science.
Through a combination of short theoretical inputs and practical examples, participants will be introduced to key topics such as the FAIR Data Principles, Data Management Plans (DMPs), and the Research Data Lifecycle.
The workshop’s objective is to raise awareness and provide practical guidance to help early-career researchers adopt open, responsible, and efficient research practices from the beginning of their academic careers.
- Target audience: PhD students
- Date: October 9th, from 10.30am to 12pm
- Location: online
