Using Microsoft Teams Effectively for Meetings, Collaboration and Communication

This workshop aims to demonstrate, through a practical (hands-on) component, how to use Microsoft Teams and its various functionalities.

The workshop is free and is intended for the CIIMAR community, both for participants who are beginners and those with intermediate knowledge of the topic.

It will be held online on May 13th, from 10am to 11am. The session will be held in english.

By the end of this session participants will be able to:

✅ Create and schedule meetings in Teams and Outlook
✅ Share their screen and use Whiteboard
✅ Add internal and external participants
✅ Manage meeting participants and waiting room
✅ Use chat and collaboration features
✅ Solve common audio/video issues
