SUMMARY:Gestão do Orçamento e Poupança
DESCRIPTION:Iremos ter uma sessão de Gestão do Orçamento e Poupança\, na qual se irá explorar os princípios fundamentais da gestão financeira\, com o objetivo de promover uma maior literacia financeira e capacitar os participantes para a tomada de decisões conscientes. \n  \n\nINFORMAÇÕES GERAIS:\nEsta sessão será online\, via Teams\, a realizar no dia 28 de setembro\, das 11h30 às 13h\, em português. \nEsta formação tem um custo de 100€. Para a comunidade CIIMAR\, CCMAR e IPMA\, a inscrição é gratuita \n  \nNOTA: O certificado de participação será emitido caso o formando compareça a\, pelo menos\, 80% do tempo total do curso. \nCaso os tickets estejam esgotados\, pode inscrever-se na lista de espera (será notificado por ordem de inscrição). \n  \n\nDESCRIÇÃO:\nSerão abordados os seguintes temas: \n\nGestão do Orçamento e Poupança;\nCrédito;\nPrevenção e Gestão do Incumprimento.\n\n  \nObjetivos da sessão: \n\nCompreender a necessidade de estabelecer prioridades nas despesas e a importância do orçamento familiar;\nReconhecer a importância da poupança para a estabilidade financeira;\nConhecer alguns produtos financeiros para aplicação da poupança;\nCompreender os conceitos de crédito\,;\nIdentificar as vantagens e custos do recurso ao crédito e as consequências do endividamento;\nConhecer e interpretar o Mapa da Central de Responsabilidades de Crédito (CRC).

DESCRIPTION:Following the publication of CIIMAR’s “Guide on How To Host Sustainable Events”\, the Social & Environment Sustainable Office will host a seminar to present the guide and further explore how to applie the suggestions from the guide. \n  \n\nGENERAL INFORMATIONS:\nThe ‘How to Host Sustainable Events‘ seminar will be held online\, on September 29th\, at 11am.  \nThe session will be delivered in english. \n  \nRegistration Fee: \n\nCIIMAR\, CCMAR & IPMA members: free\nStandard: 100€\n\n  \nNOTE: The attendance certificate will be issued if the trainee attends at least 80% of the total course time. \nIf tickets are sold out\, you can sign up for the waiting list (you will be notified in order of registration). \n  \n\nDESCRIPTION:\nIt’s expected that during this session\, participants aquire knowledge and practical skills on how to host sustainable events in both the environmental and social dimensions. \n  \nTrainers: José Teixeira & Inês Matos

DESCRIPTION:O evento “Mind Tide – Prevenção do Suicídio” destina-se a todos os membros do CIIMAR. \nTerá lugar na Boca da Baleia\, com uma duração prevista de 1 hora e será conduzido em língua portuguesa\, salvo se houver inscrições de participantes de língua não portuguesa . \nO evento é gratuito\, mas sujeito a inscrição prévia (ticket apresentado abaixo). \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nSobre a palestrante\, Isabel Guimarães \nPsicóloga Clínica e da Saúde. Membro efetivo da Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses. Mestre em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde (Universidade do Porto)\, com especialização avançada em Coaching Psicológico (Instituto CRIAP). Experiência em contexto clínico com a comunidade académica no ensino superior (estudantes e colaboradores)\, bem como com adultos no geral\, nas diferentes fases de vida. Experiência na área da psicologia do trabalho\, tanto no acompanhamento individual como grupal\, em contexto universitário e corporativo.
