DESCRIPTION:O evento “Mind Tide – Perfeccionismo: Força ou Prisão?” destina-se a todos os membros do CIIMAR. \nTerá lugar na Boca da Baleia\, com uma duração prevista de 1 hora e será conduzido em língua portuguesa\, salvo se houver inscrições de participantes de língua não portuguesa. \nO evento é gratuito\, mas sujeito a inscrição prévia (ticket apresentado abaixo). \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nSobre a palestrante\, Isabel Guimarães \nPsicóloga Clínica e da Saúde. Membro efetivo da Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses. Mestre em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde (Universidade do Porto)\, com especialização avançada em Coaching Psicológico (Instituto CRIAP). Experiência em contexto clínico com a comunidade académica no ensino superior (estudantes e colaboradores)\, bem como com adultos no geral\, nas diferentes fases de vida. Experiência na área da psicologia do trabalho\, tanto no acompanhamento individual como grupal\, em contexto universitário e corporativo.

DESCRIPTION:In an increasingly international\, digital and collaborative scientific ecosystem\, researchers online visibility has become a key factor in expanding professional networks\, creating opportunities for collaboration and broadening the reach of their scientific work. In addition to being a recruitment platform\, LinkedIn has established itself as a strategic space for researchers to disseminate scientific results\, share publications\, awards and projects\, keep up with emerging trends and establish contacts that can lead to collaborations\, project applications and international consortia. \n  \n\nGENERAL INFORMATIONS:\nThe ‘LinkedIn for Researchers‘ workshop will be held at IPMA\, Matosinhos\, on November 18th\, from 2pm to 5:30pm. The session will be conducted in english. \nIt is intended for CIIMAR PhD students and PhD holders who wish to use LinkedIn more strategically in the context of research. \n  \nRegistrations are open until November 17th. \n\nCIIMAR & IPMA researchers: free\nStandard: 100€ (CCMAR members have a 50% discount)\n\n  \nNOTE: The attendance certificate will be issued if the trainee attends at least 80% of the total course time. \nIf tickets are sold out\, you can sign up for the waiting list (you will be notified in order of registration). \n  \n\nDESCRIPTION:\nIt consists of a workshop featuring demonstrations\, concrete examples and practical exercises\, followed by individual online mentoring sessions (to be scheduled within the next three months) with each participant interested in receiving feedback on their LinkedIn profile. \n  \nFor this session\, each participant should bring their laptop. \n  \nAGENDA: \n\nLinkedIn in the scientific research ecosystem\nBuilding a strategic scientific profile (DEMONSTRATION)\nEvaluating your LinkedIn profile photo (PRACTICAL EXERCISE)\nCommunicating science on LinkedIn: How the LinkedIn algorithm works and what increases organic visibility\nExamples of effective posts (EXAMPLES)\nLinkedIn as a promoter of research networks\nWhat content should a researcher publish? (EXAMPLES)\nAction plan\n\n  \nTrainer: Ana Freitas \n\nBachelor’s degree in Education (IE–University of Minho); Master’s degree in Educational Sciences (IE–University of Minho); PhD candidate in Educational Sciences with a research focus on Doctoral Education (FPCEUP). Certified as a teacher trainer (CCPFC/RFO-16273/03) and as a trainer of trainers (EDF-42336-2003). She is currently a Visiting Assistant Lecturer at the University of Porto (Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Sciences) and a doctoral research fellow at CIIE – Centre for Research and Intervention in Education\, FPCEUP.
