12th World Sponge Conference – Registration

Please select your ticket and complete the form to register your participation on the 12th World Sponge Conference (Vila do Conde, 9-13^th September 2025). Your registration is only completed upon payment of the registration fee. The registration fee includes access to the conference area, an icebreaker event with drinks and appetizers, conference dinner, four lunches, and all scheduled coffee breaks.

Registration and fee payment are due by 27^th July.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations received in writing on or before July 31, 2025, will be refunded in full, minus a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
