Visual Communication in Practice for Scientists and Researchers

This is a free online workshop, but prior registration is required (in the ticket below) until February 13th.
It will be held in English on March 2nd and 3rd, both days from 10am to 12pm.
Goal:
Helping researchers create visuals that are clear, compelling, and scientifically credible, tailored to the needs of their audience.
Workshop focus:
This applied workshop has two parts:
- First, an introduction to visual communication in science and research, looking at a range of examples from participants’ disciplines (Marine and Environmental Research);
- Second, a hands-on session applying visual principles to a specific type of scientific communication material.
During the applied session, we review examples, and participants have the opportunity to revise or create a visual. They receive feedback from peers and the facilitator.
