International Atmospheric River Conference IARC2026 – Registration

Registration fees include:

On-site registration includes access to the conference area in the Alfandega Congress Centre (for all IARC2026 sessions and events), parking space at the Congress Centre, an icebreaker event with drinks and appetisers on Monday, coffee breaks during the conference.

Online registration includes participation (two-way streaming including Q&A) in all plenary sessions (5 days), main roundtable discussions and stakeholder forum discussion. Participation in smaller group roundtable discussions will be available upon request.

Early-career researchers (Students and ECRs within 5 years of terminal degree completion):

On-site: 350€ (by 14^th July*/ 450€ (15^th July-10^th October)

Online:  150€ (by 14^th July*) / 180€ (15^th July-10^th October)

Online: exclusively for BSc and MSc students: 30€

* Early-bird discounted registration for ECR participants has been extended to 14^th July, 23:59 UTC. After that regular registration fees will apply.

Mid-career and senior researchers/professors (5+ years post PhD):

On-site: 450€ (by 30^th June) / 550€ (1^st July-10^th October)

Online:  200€ (by 30^th June) / 250€ (1^st July-10^th October)

* Early-bird discounted registration is by 30th June, 23:59 UTC. After that regular registration fees will apply.

For participants from a number of developing countries defined by the UN (listed under the links below)**: Discount of 100€ over the respective category
